We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dave and all the people at Dave Dusendang Custom Homes. We stumbled upon Dave and his crew when scoping out model houses with our realtor in an effort to learn about the building process and what to look for in a builder. Dave happened to be onsite at the time, and took an hour out of his day to chat with us, even though our visit was wholly unplanned. After that meeting, we knew we wanted to go with Dave. Dave was willing to work with us despite the fact that we were building on the other side of the state. The process itself was amazing. Dave, Brent, Kathy and the crew were so helpful and informative — keeping us apprised at every step of the way. They let us make our own decisions, but would give us advice on things that had worked well in the past, even when it meant taking out something that would have cost more for something less costly. They were great at handling our changes and despite being so far away themselves much of the time, were always on top of the crews they sent out and did everything in their power to make sure that we loved our home, which we do!!! We can’t thank Dave and his crew enough for helping us create our dream home. For the next 30 years we will walk these halls and watch the sunsets from our screen porch thankful for this amazing home and the amazing experience we had building it.

From assisting with design ideas, to walking us through the build process, to helping us coordinate the finishing touches they were with us every step of the way providing great communication, flexibility when we asked for changes, and excellent customer service. They delivered the project within the quoted timelines and budget and built a beautiful and unique home that we can enjoy for years to come!
